To achieve this, we focus our research on three key areas:

• • Customer-Facing AI - We aim to advance customer-facing AI systems that seamlessly integrate human-centered design, real-world sensing, and adaptive decision-making, enabling personalized, intuitive, and scalable support across diverse user contexts.

• • Future-of-Work AI - We aim to reimagine the future of work by developing AI systems that enhance human creativity, collaboration, and decision-making across design, education, and multi-agent environments.

• • Responsible AI - We aim to build responsible AI systems that are socially aware, emotionally intelligent, and aligned with human values—by uncovering biases, supporting self-reflection, and enhancing real-world communication.
